January 21st, 1946: 750,000 steelworkers walk out, the largest strike in United States history to that time.

Okay, well, we all know that I like to bang a drum repeatedly, so it will be no big surprise that I cannot help but to continue the discussion, this week, on the behavior of our little prince-king, Cactus Jack-Off, and this administration's continual misuse of power. We departed from the reign of King George for less! I think that it might be time for a little Boston Tea partying. "If the president has the power to eavesdrop on
American citizens without a warrant, imprison citizens on his own declaration, kidnap and torture, then what can't he do?" Even Al Gore has given up his eating disorder to jump on the proverbial bandwagon for impeachment.

"I am in the process of reporting someone to the F.B.I," she says, abiding by her patriotic duty to snitch out anyone who is suspected of any form of dissent. "Well, a guy tried to scam me online last night, and it worries me that he might be succeeding." It is this "drop a dime on your neighbor" that plays right into the hands of the powers-to-be. Are we becoming a society of hyper-paranoid snitches, who are afraid of their own shadows? I refer you, patient readers, to Elizabeth de la Vega's article "Bush's Warrantless Spying: Does the President Know Best?" (http://www.commondreams.org/views06/0118-20.htm) for a second opinion.

In a related article, "U.S. Obtains Internet Users' Search Records" (http://www.commondreams.org/headlines06/0120-06.htm), we note that the continual loss of civil rights continues, on a daily basis. Be careful what you are looking at, online, or you too will be on a list for Big Brother to monitor. In response to these manuevers of invasion, there is a website who will provide immediate assistance in helping your seach engine reporting. Check out Patriot Search at http://blog.outer-court.com/patriot/, and help keep America under surveillance! My first search on the website is "Bush, Cheney, Big Brother," my second search is "Barbara Bush's tattoos, and her ties to Hitler," and I am keeping my third search a secret! I welcome any suggestions for next week's article, maybe something a little scary. Until then, keep it real, and keep it on the hush-hush.

"I have neither mother nor father
to pity my sorrow.
I am an orphan.
All alone I bear torment and disgrace
in the depths of my soul.
Such was the pain
of not finding a good woman
who would fill this great void,
which they left behind,
with tender love."
-- When Frida Kahlo was in Paris, Pablo Picasso taught her this song, which she often sang for Diego Rivera or for friends. It is called El Huérfano (The Orphan).
